Apple Seeds Second macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 Beta to Developers

Apple today seeded the second beta of an upcoming macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 update to developers, one week after seeding the first beta and also a week after releasing macOS High Sierra 10.13.1.

The macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 beta can be downloaded from the Apple Developer Center or through the Software Update mechanism in the Mac App Store with the proper profile installed.

It's not yet clear what improvements the second update to macOS High Sierra will bring, but it's likely to include bug fixes and performance improvements for issues that weren't addressed in macOS High Sierra 10.13.1.

The previous update, 10.13.1, introduced fixes for some serious security flaws and brought new emoji to the macOS operating system. No new features were found in the first beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.2, but we'll update this post should new features be found in the second beta.

Let's hope it's more than just emoji.
What update brought only emoji?

Just because the terrible press coverage always seems to suggest that emoji are the focus doesn't mean that's actually the case.

Does it fix the new with High Sierra keyboard play/pause button functionality? How the F8 key behaves now with iTunes, Safari videos, etc. is beyond crazy.
It's the second biggest issue I have had with Macs, ever.

I am running Parallels for Mac Desktop, Release 12.
And the MacOS High Sierra 10.13 release introduced a critical bug with the Mac's Display Spaces, making Parallels virtually unusable.

Symptom: When panning from a MacOS Space to the VM Full-Display Space (running Windows), with an app launched on the Windows space (like Excel), a curtain-like display artifact is rendered on the Windows space all the time. It takes a while to cleanup. Sometimes it just goes all-black.

Release 10.13.1 did not fix the display space glitch.
Hopefully 10.13.2 will....
The current version of Parallels Desktop for Mac (Pro Edition) is 13.1.1. Does this perhaps fix the issue?

Who tests at Apple/Mac anymore? This is no small potatoes.
Anytime a critical subsystem gets "updated" bad things happen, frequently.
