Belkin today announced that its InvisiGlass Ultra Front and Back Protection for the latest iPhone models is now available for purchase from Apple.

The InvisiGlass Ultra Front and Back Protection, as the name suggests, provides a thin, adhesive skin for both the front and the back of the ‌iPhone‌. It's designed to protect the ‌iPhone‌ from scratches and bumps without adding bulk or impacting the look and feel of the device.

Ultra-strong glass covers the front and back of your iPhone to protect it from every angle--helping prevent scratches, scuffs, impacts, and other damage. This dual protection not only preserves the smooth exterior and elevated design of your iPhone, but also protects the screen to ensure flawless operation day after day.

Priced at $59.95, the InvisiGlass Ultra is available for the ‌iPhone‌ X, ‌iPhone‌ XS, ‌iPhone‌ XS Max, and ‌iPhone‌ XR.

Belkin says the InvisiGlass Ultra uses ion-exchange glass, which makes it "extremely strong" while maintaining its thinness. The InvisiGlass is designed not to impact the touch sensitivity, and Belkin says it was made to feel like the ‌iPhone‌'s display.

Customers who purchase the Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Front and Back Protection at an Apple retail location can get it professionally applied using the Belkin ScreenCare+ Application Service.

Notched screen protectors are so dumb. Not only are they ugly, but you'll always feel that sharp edge when pulling down NC. I always get full-screen ones with the black border, they bother infinitely less than these also because they extend past the end of the display on all sides. They should be more popular.

“Professionally applied” hahahaha.
Have you tried applying one yourself? Sometimes they’re not that easy, and Apple has a specific machine that will apply the screen protector perfectly. So in that case, yes, I would say that’s ‘Professionally installed’, given that they have equipment to do so, when we do not.

Apple literally makes money hand over fist selling these. It’s nuts. They could be $80 and people would buy it. They sell sooooo much of them.
This is not an Apple product.

Complain to Belkin if you feel it’s too expensive, instead of bitching here. But this is MacRumours so of course everybody bitches here about everything.

(Sure, Apple takes a cut of everything sold in their store. Just like your favourite supermarket. Pure evil.)
