None of the new iPhone 14 models support the latest Wi-Fi 6E standard and instead remain limited to Wi-Fi 6, according to Apple's tech specs.
Rumors previously suggested that the new iPhones would support Wi-Fi 6E, but Apple's website confirms that the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max are limited to Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with 2x2 MIMO.
Wi-Fi 6E offers the features and capabilities of Wi-Fi 6, including higher performance, lower latency, and faster data rates, extended into the 6 GHz band. The additional spectrum provides a lot more airspace beyond existing 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, resulting in increased bandwidth and less interference for devices that support Wi-Fi 6E.
