I purchased the Thunderbolt 3 14 port dock a couple of years ago and it has been a flawless performer. OWC had it on sale for $100 back then and I should have bought two of them.

Hmmm the 14-port for $179 vs. Caldigit TB4 Pro for $329 from Apple. Sure one is more $ but which is more stable... At $279 I was leaning towards the TB4 but now...

Does anyone here have any favorable experience differentiating between the two? I do like the DisplayPort add'l port on the Caldigit, and the Caldigit's array of ports in general.

I concur that OWC has fallen from grace. I recently ordered some RAM and they sent me sticks that were incorrect and used — and then customer support fought with me over multiple careless emails.
